Report: Brad Marchand to have hearing Monday over hit on Sami Salo

horrible call by the official. the rule for clipping is lowering your body to at or below the opponents knee. marchand clearly contacts salo at mid thigh. it may be a cheap tactic to go low but that particular play is not a penalty. the refs wanted to make themselves the main attraction and cost the bruins the game. the initial 5-on 3 that vancouver scored on was unwarranted as was throwing out lucic which the league already admited was an awful call. then they give a 5 min major and toss marchand with a rule he didnt break. horrendous officiating ruined what should have been an awesome game. enjoy your moral victory canuck fans. you still lost the finals and your sorry excuse for a team still has zero heart and needs the refs to gift wrap wins.

You’re an idiot.  Boston can only win by playing dirty.. they don’t have half the skill as the skilled players on the Canucks.  They then hide behind generous rulings from the NHL head office.  Lucic is dirty and clearly came of the bench to make it 6 on 5 in the brawl.
